A Whimsical Wedding Day at The Conservatory at Sussex County Fairgrounds

Gwen & Anthony’s wedding day was nothing short of whimsical and magical. We started the day with Gwen getting ready in her childhood home with all her girls, an old home filled with so much character. The rainy day forecast held out for photos in the morning, all the way up until the ceremony. Rain on a wedding day can feel disappointing, especially when it forces you to change direction, but I genuinely think the timing was perfect if it had to rain at all, and these two didn’t let it put a damper on the day. The ceremony was quickly shifted to be indoors, and the beautiful large windows of the conservatory made you feel outside (but with the blessing of AC!) and the rain poured down behind the couple as they said their vows. Everything worked out perfectly, and as soon as the ceremony concluded the sun came out with a rainbow! G&A had the absolute best energy throughout it all and for the entire day, just feeling so truly happy to be there. The friends and family surrounding them were just as ready to have a great time and had so much love for these two. Wedding days like this are so special to witness, and so much fun to document. The pastel florals backdropped by the beauty of the venue and Gwen’s stunning fairytale wedding dress made every moment feel so whimsical and fun.

I hope to witness many more whimsical, joyous, beautiful wedding days like G&A’s!
