A Brooklyn Heights Promenade Elopement / NYC Wedding Photographer

Grace & Surya reached out to me about 2 weeks before their elopement date to see if I could capture this moment on digital & super 8. I had a busy few weeks coming up, but just can’t turn away a couple who is so excited to work together; and I’m so glad I had the opportunity to work with these two. It’s so special to just spend a slow morning together, photographing their couple portraits along the Brooklyn Heights Promenade and into the fruit streets. I photographed digitally, on film, and took super 8 video as well. We took our time moving through these spots, hanging out and getting to know each other along the way. These two are incredibly sweet and remind me why I love what I do so much!

After a fun, relaxed couple session, we made our way over to Brooklyn City Hall to unite with their families. We captured a few family formals together, and then G&S were sent on their way into city hall for their civil ceremony! I absolutely love being involved in mornings like these, and it’s even sweeter when working with such wonderful people!
